Ramkota Hotel

Congratulations to Chris Eite (center) of the Best Western Ramkota Hotel security staff, recipient of the 2011 SD Innkeepers Customer Service Award. Casey White (left), our Head of Security, and General Manager Jan Gustin (right), presented Chris with this coveted award on February 20, 2012, in the lobby of the Best Western Ramkota in Rapid City.

Chris has been a part-time employee of the hotel for several years, consistently going above and beyond his assigned security duties to help out in the waterpark and the banquet department, and even assist as a bellman. Chris' outstanding work ethic, positive manner, and excellent customer service were also recognized last year when he received the 2010 Employee of the Year award.
